I tried to sell it on eBay, and was told it is now illegal to sell such items. I guess the spectrum changed or something.

Can any tell me in plain English why the old 10-meter transceiver is illegal now??

i have heard that hams do not need a permit to put up an antenna mast. But the more i read on some forums it sounds like it might be a local thing and Varies from county and states. so can some one tell me if being a ham lets you put up a mast with out a permit.

The question I am currently stumped on is what frequency privileges am I allowed to use voice with a General license ticket. I REALLY need to know what web page is there I CAN find these answers on my own as I do not have a paper back book to study from
