HAM radio. Transceiver always on?

Hi there. I keep my amateur radio transceiver on 24h/7 and never switch it off. Is this really bad ?

It’s not really bad but it’s an unnecessary use of power.

If it’s a frequency stability issue, it should reach a stable operating temperature within fifteen minutes at most.

As far as to the health and well being of the transceiver is concerned, no it is not bad for it.
