it has a weird special plug on the end of the cord, but i could cut that plug off if need be, and expose the wire. i dont know much about these things

This is what he is trying to do
There is a 4 foot pole sticking out of the ground in concrete- he wants to put an antenna up on that- it is about 20 feet except we can't get it high enough for it to slip in plus we are standing up on a snowy truck to try and left it on

How would i go about this- i was thinking winch that would be able toput it up there and then guidelines that other peps would hold 2 steady it and have another person 2 make sure the thing goes on

Good idea? I really don't know so if you got any other ideas please please tell me since ever since my parents moved he's been itching to do this yeah so any ideas?

My dad has been using ham radio before i was born and my parents have a farm and have a hutterite colony miles away i am thinking he will get two guys from there. Thxs guys loving the hinge idea and never thought of that!
